Uma Pingali is Business President for Newark, appointed in 2019. Uma joined Farnell's global businesses in 2011 and most recently was responsible for the company’s Sales and Marketing operations for Asia-Pacific region, element14.

Uma holds a Bachelor degree in electronics and communication engineering from Andhra University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from NMIMS Mumbai.
